Existing Conditions: $0.50 s.f.
Includes one set of existing floor plans, all exterior elevations and Site plan if made available. That can be used to start the design process or for your record.
New Decks: $1.50 s.f.
Includes 4 sets of construction drawings that will be used during the permit proccess, bidding and construction of the project.
Renovations with Additions: $3.25 s.f.
Includes existing conditions, schematic and design development, 4 sets of construction drawings that will be used during the permit proccess, bidding and construction of the project.
New Custom Home Designs: $4.25 s.f.
Includes site selection and planning, schematic and design development, 4 sets of construction drawings that will be used during the permit proccess, bidding and construction of the project.
Modular Home Foundations: $1.25 s.f.
Includes 4 sets of foundation construction drawings that will be used during the permit proccess, bidding and construction of the project.
Since every project and owner will have it's own want's and needs and due to the nature that every project is not alike, I find it best that we meet and discuss your project so that an honest proposal may be produced for you.
